What to Expect?

As a new client of Breadner Veterinary Services, you can expect our full attention to your pets’ needs.  Our service and communication will be provided with courtesy and respect.

We ask that you inform us if you have any risk of exposure to COVID, as we are an essential care service and will need to take additional appropriate precautions if this is the case.

With the advent of COVID, we ask that you remain in your vehicle and contact us by phone upon arrival at 250-652-9700  Our Reception team will direct your call to one of our Veterinary Assistants. They will collect any pertinent history regarding your pet’s health concern prior to coming out to collect your pet.

We are currently inviting the pets only into the hospital. We have set up the ability to speak with you by phone from inside the exam room, or via ZOOM if you have ability to access ZOOM via email on your personal device. Our doctor will assess your pet, and communicate with you to determine the best possible treatment plan for your pet.

Our Animal Health Technologists (AHT) will follow through with any diagnostic tests and treatment plans assigned by the veterinarian. Our AHTs also review patient home care and further educational information and answer routine wellness and care questions for you.  Our Reception Team will handle invoicing and schedule any needed follow up appointments.

We are excited to meet you and your human and animal family members!
